Color Guard Event: We need 4 color guard and 2 banner holders. We have another event that day, this parade will be color guard only. Dress White Arrival: 0930 Andover High School Parade: 1100 - Parade takes about 25 min to walk, once done we can head to Isanti Kids Day.
